Back in July, 14, 2011 Fluid N Motion, LLC announced the release of a new product, the first of its kind, a shotgun koozie called the “Flowzie.”  A koozie is a device designed to insulate a beverage can, helping the consumer to enjoy cold drinks longer.  Fluid N Motion, LLC has created, and filed a patent application on, a vacuum release system that is integrated with the koozie to enable a consumer to shotgun a beverage in seconds.  The Flowzie is operated by inserting a beverage can into the koozie.  When the consumer is ready to shotgun the beverage, he or she simply activates the vacuum release system to release a vacuum formed in the inverted beverage can, which increases the flow rate of the beverage.  In short, the Flowzie enables the consumer to shotgun a beverage at the consumer’s convenience.

The Flowzie is a novelty product to be used at parties, tailgating events, the beach or anywhere else a person wishes to enjoy a cold beverage. Last Fathers Day several people who purchased the Flowzie each wrapped the Flowzie with a six pack of beer and gave it to their dads as a father’s day gift with a note that read “nothing says I love you more than this, happy Fathers Day.”

The Flowzie is made and assembled in the United States.  The Flowzie stands out because of its uniqueness and functionality, unique because there is nothing like it on the market today and functional because it delivers fun and enjoyment at your finger tips.

In addition to consumers, leading beverage industries including bars, taverns, local breweries, and novelty shops are interested in the Flowzie because the koozie can be used for private labeling. Long after the beverage is consumed and thrown away, the private label on the koozie lives on.  As a result, the koozie can be labeled to reach a targeted audience, such as singles and married adults ranging from 21-35 years of age.  The effectiveness of this type of private labeling is mainly due to the fact that the Flowzie can be seen, touched, and best of all it can be anywhere and everywhere.

We would like to welcome C2 Imports as the newest member to our Support Group!

C2 Imports delivers premium beers from around the world. They take great pride in representing brewers,  introducing you to new beers and hopefully “Bring the world together, one beer at time.”  C2 Imports has done a great service for the Buffalo Club Nation by bringing us beer.  This not just any beer... it's, Buffalo Belgian Beer! The Buffalo Club Nation can choose from three different brews; Buffalo 1907, Buffalo Stout, and Buffalo Belgian Bitter.  You can use their Beer Finder to track down the nearest Buffalo beer in your area.  You can also visit Buffalo Belgian Beer on Facebook!
"It was created by chance in 1907 when a young brewery employee was left monitoring a new brew while his colleagues went off to see Buffalo Bill during one of his European 'Wild West' tours."

Buffalo Belgian Beer is brewed at Brouwerij Van den Bossche a family owned brewery from Belgium.  Buffalo is the brewery's oldest beer. It was created by chance in 1907 when a young brewery employee was left monitoring a new brew while his colleagues went off to see Buffalo Bill during one of his European "Wild West" tours. The young employee allowed the beer to "burn" slightly, but the resulting brew - black like coffee, giving off aromas of caramel and chocolate - proved a hit with his colleagues and it's been made ever since. It is now known as Buffalo 1907, and Buffalo Belgian Bitter and Buffalo Stout are also available.

Are you familiar with the Buffalo beers?  Please comment below and let us know your thoughts about our new Support Group member.

We are not alone!

Buffaloes are in good company!

Most people have heard of the more popular secret societies such as the Skull and Bones, Freemasons, The Knights Templar, and maybe even The Bilderberg Group.
Many however, have not heard of the Buffalo Club and are not familiar with our lifestyle.  It is quite possible that few even know about the existence of drinking clubs/societies altogether.  The Buffalo Club is not alone when it comes to drinking clubs.  If fact there are several clubs/societies around the world dedicated to the consumption of alcohol.   Here is a small list of our liquor loving counterparts in no particular order.  We find it interesting that many are named after an animal  similar to our beloved Buffalo Club.
  • The Turtles
  • The Swans
  • The Bullingdon
  • E Clampus Vitus
  • Penguin Club
  • The Nondescripts
  • Myrmidon Club
  • The Cardinals
  • The Stoics
  • The Black Friars
  • Bull Moose
  • The Kingsley Club
  • The Nondescripts
  • The Loder's Club
  • Elizabethans
  • Missionaries
If you know of, or are a member of, any other drinking club/society please comment below and let us know!  We would love to expand this list and learn more about other clubs/societies that share our same intoxicant interest.  Likewise we would love to hear from any current members of this list and learn more about your organization!

HOW DID THE BUFFALO CLUB GET ITS NAME?

10/22/2012

SURPRISE ATTACK!

All Buffalo Club members have been there before, hanging out with your friends enjoying a cool beverage when all of a sudden, without warning someone calls out "buffalo!"  You hang your head in shame, utter a curse word or three.  You then begin to chug in shame the beverage that once was tasty, but now has become your worst enemy.

The buffalo violation can occur at any time and any place.  To no surprise, this is similar to the manner of the mighty beast the Buffalo Club is named after.  The buffalo's (or bison's) temperament is often unpredictable. They usually appear peaceful, unconcerned, even lazy, yet they may attack anything, often without warning or apparent reason (wikipedia).

As a proud Buffalo Club member, calling a buffalo violation or "attacking without warning" is one of the greatest pleasures of this worldwide herd!  To many who are not familiar with this joyous ritual, this "attack" may appear to be "without warning or apparent reason" but to any honorable member this is commonly known as the Buffalo Club Lifestyle.  Is it possible members of the genius Bison  have been living a secret lifestyle long before humans created a version of their own?

Could it be said the behavior of buffalo observed by many during the gun slinging days of the Wild West could offer an explanation on how the buffalo violation came about and thus how the Buffalo Club got its name?
