We have gotten a few complaints regarding wear on cards and the numbers fading off. We are sorry if you're one of these members who have had this problem. To make things right we have taken action and gone back to the drawing board to create a new and improved card and we think you will appreciate the new design. The new cards are now available in the Buffalo Club Store!
If you have purchased a Lifetime Membership Card on or before December, 23rd 2014 we would like to send you a new replacement card free of charge to make things right with our loyal members. You still get to keep your original card as a keepsake and the new card will have your same number as the original as well. Orders of Lifetime Membership Cards after December, 23rd 2014 will receive the new card design.
If you have the original card and would like to update to our new improved design please contact us with the following information:
1. Full name associated with card or purchaser's name
2. Address you would like your new card sent if different than original address
3. Confirm your card number if it is still visible
