The word "game" does not do justice to the integrity and dedication of the many loyal Buffalo Club members worldwide that have chosen to live this lifestyle. The "game" is something that just touches the surface of what the Buffalo Club was meant to be. Don't get us wrong, the Buffalo Club is fun and some of the best moments are keeping our fellow members in line and calling a violation on one another, but the Buffalo Club is more than a game.
Honor. Integrity. Loyalty. Dedication.
Those four words define what it takes to be a true Buffalo Club member for life. A person can say they are Buffalo, but until that person honors the rules of the Buffalo Club day in and day out, and also holds fellow members up to the expectations of the Buffalo Club can a person really call themselves Buffalo.
A True Buffalo does not hesitate to "Buffalo" themselves when no one is around to call out the violation that they have committed. A Buffalo does not try to sneak a violation past other members. If a Buffalo finds fault with their right hand, no matter the situation, they will discipline themselves or any other ember out of honor for the Buffalo Club and you should too!
Not until a person is initiated into the Buffalo Club by an active member and agrees to the strict set of rules for life can they begin to live the true Buffalo Club lifestyle. The game may be played and many people will come and go, but a true Buffalo Club member will treat the club with honor and respect as long as they live.
If you know someone who "calls" themselves Buffalo but may need a little reminder of what it really means to take on such a role please refer them to this post and our Official Rules page.
